Solid woven flame retardant belts are used in conveying coal, without taking off for layers, low elongation. Anti-shock and tearing resistant, ususally used in mining.

PVC Belts:
Used for conveying material up to 16 degree inclination under dry conditions.

PVG Belts:
Rubber Cover, suitable for conveying moist material up to 20 degree inclination.

Tips:
* The life of heat resistant belt is largely affected by the belt's surface temperature during operation. The belt temperature directly influence not only the adhension between cover&ply, but also the abrasion and cracking resistant performance of cover rubber. Please make full tests of the temperature and other conditions, and then choose the suitable type.
*Much thicker rubber is very important to ensure much longer life of the belt.
